We are lucky to live in these times where science can help us understand things more fully. In the past many things were worked out intuitively which was fine but it’s satisfying to see those things be proven by scientific observation & corroboration.

Nowadays we have systematic proof that the following will add numerous additional healthy & active years to your life.

1/- Friendly Relationships

That’s correct, plain old simple friendship. Having close, loving, caring companions in your family and/or outside your family helps relieve tension & makes your life feel more valuable. I mean the type of friends you can share intimate things with; both your highs & your lows.

2/- A Good Night’s Sleep

A regular good night of rest does wonders for you. When you have a good full night’s sleep, both your body & your mind will process the day’s activities & get you up & running for the following day.

3/- Exercise

Exercising is great because it can get your heart pumping & your blood circulating. This makes sure that nutriments & oxygen are delivered to your cells & waste products are removed. Both are required for good health.

4/- Avoid Tobacco & Drugs

Cigarettes & drugs do zilch to help your body or your mind in the long run. They tax your system & make it work more than it otherwise should.

5/- Alcohol in Moderation

Alcohol in excess has a very dangerous effect on the body over time nonetheless good quality table wine or lager in moderation can really have a positive & healthy effect on the body but make sure you keep it in balance. If you can’t keep it in balance then it’s smart to avoid it altogether.

6/- Be Happy

Laughter, fun, smiling & happiness have a terrific effect on your long-term health. It alleviates mental & physical stress & inspires you to make good positive decisions in all that you do.

7/- Be Inventive with Vegetables

Most people do not eat enough veggies & not just vegetables but raw vegetables. They are a splendid source of nutrition & enzymes & are High Energy Foods. There are many books around these days that show how to make good tasting meals using raw veggies.

8/- Green Tea

Regular drinking of green tea has been shown to decrease the risk of coronary disease. It is also popular among the people of Okinawa who experience great longevity.

9/- Sexual Satisfaction

Sexual satisfaction 2 or 3 times per week with the person you’re in love with dissipates lots of tension & makes you feel cared for. Tests have well proven it’ll add several years to your life.

10/- Eat Healthy Fats

Healthy fats or essential fatty acids are necessary for optimal health. They’re found in nuts, fish, olive oil, flax seed oil & cod liver oil. Ensure you add these to your diet.

Incorporate as many of these things in your daily life & you will live a longer, fitter, more active & more happy life. You can add up to fifteen years to your life.
